Patisserie Margo

This is an Austrian tradition and the smell of it baking tells us the holidays are here. A crust of ground almonds flavored with cocoa, cinnamon, cloves and lemon zest; filled with the best raspberry preserves. The Linzer is great any time with a cup of coffee.
